Kommunikation zunächst schwierig, keine Info dass das eigentlich bestellte Handy nicht mehr lieferbar ist. Wir mussten aktiv nachfragen. Hier war es schwierig überhaupt den richtigen Ansprechpartner zu finden. Der angegebene whats App Support ist nur für technische Dinge. Wenn man den Kontakt dann einmal hat muss immer die Zeitverzögerung von China mit einrechnen, ansonsten war der Kontakt aber sehr gut. Es wurde dann schnell reagiert und unkompliziert der Tausch gegen ein anderes Handy angeboten und die Erstattung der Differenz.
Nach ein paar Tagen war dann das Handy da und die Rückerstattung ebenfalls.

First things, I don't mind the size or weight of the phone, but others should be aware just how big and heavy this phone is.
My main gripe and the reason for three stars is the ergonomics and button set out. Just about every time I touch the phone the projector comes on. The wake up button is on the side and easily pressed, more so if you use the case, the handle presses it with too much ease. A two button design would be as easy to use and help with not cooking my leg when it's in my pocket!
The screen bottom nav controls are a step backwards from my Pixel, as is the lack of a QR reader function in the camera.
But the battery life, rugged construction and projector function make up for these shortcomings.
Definitely recommend if you have a use for the projector and can put up with it's idiosyncratic nature.
