Fallo en mi primer baño.

Después de 6 meses de uso la primera vez que me baño en una playa sin bucear, solo mojarlo cerca de la orilla dejo de funcionar los sensores y la batería se agota en 1 día aproximadamente, no entiendo que ha pasado ya que es sumergible.
Si me dan una respuesta lo agradecería.

Totally A 3-G Experience (not a good rating to have)

I'm disgusted with this company and my purchasing experience total Garbage x 3.
G-1. Shipping- FedEx the worst carrier in the business delivered my purchase to the wrong address and was unable to contact a live human to make a complaint. The ai bots kept suggesting that I contact the seller with any issues
G-2. The Worry-Free Purchase and Pay Pal scam with no opt-out when purchasing my product. No easy way to contact anyone or a bot to make a claim for my lost package. Pay Pal was never a great option for purchasing a product and this transaction proves it. I was never able to contact anyone to resolve my issue.
G-3. Doogee Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in e-commerce in my life. I'd rather deal with a call-center from India than these people. Turn around for correspondence was terrible, over 24 hours to wait for replies to inquires (at least they replied to my emails). I replied to my order confirmation email that my product was delivered to the wrong address by THEIR shipper of choice and explained that it had been delivered to the wrong address (providing copies of the delivery notification from FedEx)and this is the reply that I received from them "Dear Customer

I'm wondering how many grade school children they have working for their customer service department and where their parents are because I have never seen a more vague and less than optimal response from an inquiry. They were less than helpful and my issue was never resolved, nor was my package ever 'found' or delivered by FedEX.

In short, do not buy anything from this company because you get charged for a "Worry-Free Purchase" that you can't opt out of and is totally useless (like interfacing with their customer service 'department') if there is an issue with your purchase and if there are any delivery issues they won't lift a finger to help resolve them.
