I'm enjoying the use of my new Doogee S89 Pro. I switched from S96 Pro after the USB C Port was malfunctioning during warranty.
My favourite points about the new phone (S89):
Fast charging (extremely convenient)
Durability (I'm not going back to normal smartphones to fragile)
Bio-Authentication (face or finger)
Not so good, but it's in the details:
New android version (default launcher is iOS like - I changed and customised the launcher to my preferences)
The new weight (it's definitely heavier than the S96Pro)
The battery according to my measurements has only round about 11000mAh
That sums it up. I'm happy to have discovered Doogee and hope to see upcoming trends
My phone has now about two months and damn! With my overall low phone usage, I can easily go two weeks without charging and with bluetooth constantly connected to my PC. The OS is nicely snappy and unlike my horrid experience with s60, the camera actually takes nice (and most importantly readable) pictures.
The only nitpick that I've had so far, was that during my first 2 charges, the phone's battery was draining rather quickly and there is still no battery usage graph or other kind of stats for me to find out what was draining it...
Other than that I'm really happy with the purchase and I hope it will last another 5+ years as did the s60.
Nice phone as I expected .
I m very happy with the purchase.
My friend is getting the v30.
Thank you so much.
